We also work with our clients to determine the best method of pricing their services to their clients whether it is based on time based billing fees, fixed or flat fees, upfront agreed fees or value based fees. Where appropriate, we can assist with setting up firm pricing committees and provide external advice to them.

We can also develop client financial management policies which govern how all levels of personnel within your firm deal with and address financial related issues with clients. In addition, we can assist with implementation of those policies by providing training programs to roll them out to firm personnel and clients.
